Sarah Gadon Luke Evans Dracula

"[The 'Hobbit' films] had a huge helping hand in terms of learning how to handle a sword and wear functional armor in historical garb," Evans recently told CBS News. The 35-year-old Welsh actor dons multiple combat outfits in the picture, including a crimson battle costume evocative of Gary Oldman's in Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 adaptation of the tale, "Bram Stoker's Dracula."

Sarah Gadon was born in Toronto, Ontario, in a quiet suburban neighborhood. She grew up with the love and support of her parents and elder brother James, which motivated her to push herself to new heights in both acting and dancing. She manages to retain solid friendships and achieves high grades in school. Sarah spent the majority of her youth as a performer, first as a Junior Associate at the National Ballet School of Canada and then as a student at the Claude Watson School for the Performing Arts. Currently, she splits her time between film sets and academics as a Cinema Studies student at Towson University. Sarah Gadon was born in Toronto, Ontario, in a quiet suburban neighborhood. If you're searching for an excellent action film with a solid narrative, this is it. With a 90-minute running length, I expected this film to seem hurried; it did not. The action was fantastic, and it lived up to the trailer's promise of interesting vampire skills, particularly morphing into a bunch of bats. As a Dracula film, certain things are expected; yes, he obtains his power through blood consumption and shares all the vulnerabilities of a vampire (which they play very well in this film); however, the way this film makes you root for Vlad (Dracula) engulfs you in the story, and you find yourself rooting for him to overcome the darkness and win. If, on the other hand, you are a history buff who despises it when films steal actual individuals and alter their history for the sake of a film, you will not love this film since it is loosely based on Vlad the Impaler. 8/10 Excellent

The narrative is a synthesis of mythology and history, as it chronicles the life of Prince Vlad, the source for the Dracula character popularized by Bram Stoker's book.

The current iteration of the screenplay was written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, and Alissa Phillips will serve as executive producer. Anikah McLaren, vice president of production, and Jay Polidoro, creative executive, will supervise the film for Universal, which has scheduled it for release on Aug. 8, 2014.
